I approached the seller in Singapore. He asked me to reset the unit. So far so good. I am still monitoring.

You need to go inside Advance setting to turn on hidden SSID if the 5ghz is hidden.

I have the same issue too. However, I found that if I stopped other audio using apps in the background,the audio will be ok. I do hope they can fix this issue soon. Is there any way to upload the sound to the tech support?
