iplay 50 pro recovery

Trying to start recovery to wipe cache it comes out that the letters are very small and moreover it gives an error like no command.

Also when trying to enter recovery menu it gives all the options in Chinese.

My tablet came with last firmware and it takes an eternity to complete boot. Even with nothing else installed besides the initial setup process.

Will it be any foreseen update?

Thanks, I manage to enter into recovery but there is only the option to wipe data/ full reset. There is no wipe cache option into that recovery!
