Need help about install firmware of iplay40H/iplay 40 pro

can someone guide me to install the latest firmware of iplay40H/iplay40 pro? And is there anything else to keep in mind? I need to try installing this firmware to fix the glitchy screen and annoying sound

Just follow the steps given in alldocube support “Spreadtrum Upgrade Tool Guide” you wont be having any problems installing it. i did mine yesterday….it helped me solve the headphone issue for now no more sudden garbled sound….while using the usb type C headphone if you are on windows 11 or 10 just install the drivers for windows 10 and download these important files in their site.

Can someone Help me,it does not let me update it when I try to update it, The usb is disconnected,I have Tried it on Several Pcs but It keeps Showing me the same error.you can help me I would appreciate it very much
