Knote 5 Pro dont update Windows 10 20h2 and turns off sundently!

I bought and receive yesterday my Knote 5 pro and now i’m updating to windows 10, update 20h2. Since the tablet start downloading, it begins to process the update. After reboot and start updating, it just turns off without any advice and when i turn on to operate, it says “recovering” and comes back to windows without installing it.

After returns to Windows, message comes and says “no updated” (on the update list).

Is there some Bios update or drivers that can allow me to update? I don’t want my tablet dies, without using it.
