I am writing to ask for help regarding my ALLDOCUBE iPlay 50 mini Pro NFE (T811MAN).
After the recent malware-related firmware update and recovery process, my device developed the following problems:
Widevine changed from L1 to L3
the serial number is now displayed abnormally
IMEI 1 and IMEI 2 now show the same value
I contacted ALLDOCUBE support by email and received the following guidance:
IMEI and serial number can only be rewritten if the original values are known
the L1 key can only be restored at the factory
I should contact the seller and ask them to communicate with the factory
However, I did not record the original IMEI or serial number in advance, and I no longer have the retail box.
I purchased this device through TMON, a Korean online shopping platform, but that site is no longer operating, so I can no longer access the original order page. The only purchase-related record I still have is the order information in my Naver Pay history.
In addition, I contacted not only the Korean seller but also ALLDOCUBE through email and Instagram. In the initial inquiry, I was asked to provide the order number, and I did so. However, after that, my messages were only seen and I have not received any further reply.
So I would like to ask the following:
Is there any way to identify my device’s original serial number or IMEI from factory or shipment records?
Is there any official procedure to restore Widevine L1 for this model?
If factory restoration is required, how should I proceed if the seller is not responding?
Is there any official support route available for customers in Korea in this situation?
