Hello!
The issue with the “Share” submenu is still unresolved. I’ve found a lot of information about this issue online.
Basically, when you try to share something and the “Share” menu/dropdown appears, tapping on an app redirects you to the wrong app. For example, if we tap to share something via Gmail, we might be redirected to WhatsApp.
Tapping the “Share” button opens a list of apps you can share with, but tapping on a specific app opens a completely different app.
Tapping the “Share” button displays a list of apps; however, selecting a specific app opens a completely different app.
This issue is a known bug in the firmware of the Alldocube Ultra Pad tablet running Android 15. It’s caused by a coordinate mismatch (a touch index error) in the Android “Share” menu: you tap one icon, but the system registers the tap as if you’d selected an adjacent app or an app from another row.
This is an officially confirmed bug in the Alldocube Ultra Pad firmware on Android 15. The issue is that the system Share Sheet menu incorrectly reads the coordinates of a tap on the tablet’s screen. You physically tap the Google Drive icon, but due to the grid shift, the system thinks you’ve tapped Telegram.
I also found this information.
“Yes, this conclusively confirms that the system coordinate grid (touch-target grid) in the Android 15 ‘Share’ menu is completely broken on your Alldocube Ultra Pad. The issue lies neither with the files nor with File Manager+; rather, the tablet’s operating system is passing an incorrect icon index (ID) to the app for the icon you tapped.”
Please fix this! This function is used very often.
