GPS not getting position fix

Hello, I have a problem with my iPlay40 being able to “see” the satelites but not getting a “FIX”. I have an App that can “see” all satelites but the TABLET will not fix on a map, Google or Open Street Map. I was hoping to use this good fast tablet to navigate in the car, but cannot. Any help would be welcome.

Thank you for the info. What GPS STATUS App did you use? The App I can find with that “title” is MobiWIA Kft, is this the correct App?

GPS specifications for 40/40H/40 Pro show GPS/Beidou/Galileo/Glonass.

I am in Australia but my 40H GPS Test app shows no Glonass satellites at all.  Can any other user confirm support for Glonass ?

(I do however receive the Japanese QZSS satellites which orbit Australia).

The 40H has NO Glonass support.

je comprends bien que le system beidou ne fonctionne pas , mais j habite en france et non en chine  et ce systeme ne m interesse pas par contre les autres systemes oui !  ( galileo ou autres)

les satellites ne sont pas fixes ! et il m’est impossible de me servir de mes applications de conduite !

ma tablette ne fonctionne toujours pas et je souhaite soit un echange vers un modele qui puisse capter les GPS soit un remboursement
