hi, i’m alldocube iplay40 pro user from vietnam. My tablet sometimes has a problem with the screen freezing and making a rather annoying sound. I thought it might be a little hot, but it’s not really that hot. Does anyone know how to fix this? it doesn’t happen often but is quite annoying. error details then it will be like in this video: https://youtu.be/jeGlMuQ8Vas

Can you try the latest firmware a let me know if it solved the audio issue? Thanks
