5ghz wifi network is not visible for alldocube iplay 20 pro

I’ve just received my tablet, I am very satisfied with it except it cannot find the 5Ghz wifi networks even if I hold it next to the router. All our other devices with 5Ghz Wifi capability can find the 5Ghz network. I’ve already performed a factory reset and wifi/bluetooth reset, but the problem still resists. Could you please help me to solve this problem?

You need to go inside Advance setting to turn on hidden SSID if the 5ghz is hidden.

no, the 5ghz network is not hidden, it is absolutely visible for all other devices, only this device cannot see it.

Hi I have this problem also. Build number T1020H_V1.0_20210803_20210803-1810

Check for updates says device’s software is up to date.

5ghz network is not hidden and seen by other devices.

 

Just tested in Safe mode and 5Ghz network is visible and working.

But the 5Gz band dissappears from networks after a few mins.
