iPlay 70 Mini Pro Firmware

Hey all anyone know how I can get Firmware for the iPlay 70 Mini Pro?  Need to re-initialize it but don’t see any option to download in the software section.

Did you have any problems making ADB and fastboot work? Even with drivers installed and multiple cables tried, this device refuses to show up on fastboot devices.
