If the machine already has L1 installed, please use the firmware of iPlay 50 mini Pro NFE for the upgrade. During the upgrade process, please select the "firmware upgrade" option instead of the "format all" option.

Please try using the firmware upgrade option in the spflash tool to install the firmware.

If running ResearchDownload.exe results in the error message "Cdlfwdriver startup fail", you can try to search for "Microsoft Visual C++" or "Microsoft Common Runtime Library" on your Windows system computer and download and install the missing Microsoft Visual C++ components.
