Sounds to me like you’ve bought a rebranded Chinese copy!
All genuine Alldocube Tablets come with Google Play Store pre-installed – and not a lot else, except for the the very basics.
Send or take it back to the store where you bought it. You won’t fix the issue without Flashing the ROM.

You could try AliExpress, but failing that there’s no chance. No manufacturer supplies replacement circuit board parts for their Tablets.

Forget Windows 11 and roll back to 10. It’s highly unlikely you’ll get a driver that recognises it.

The manufacturer won’t supply specific assembly items such as this. Best chance would be to do a search on-line with AliExpress, or similar stores.

When I opened settings it said apn is not available, but Manually adding a name has now fixed the issue. I can’t think why Aldocube have made the procedure for using a SIM card, for internet, so difficult. There are no instructions to be found anywhere online – or elsewhere. I guess I’m not the only one that was at the point of giving up!

The last 3 tablets I’ve owned, all ended up being thrown away with dead touchscreens. It’s a very common problem… and usually not worth the time and expense changing. Sorry if my reply hasn’t really helped!
