Knote X Pro screen

Tablet screen has lost all color.  Tablet was very hot to the touch.  Hot enough to burn my hand.  Unplugged and let it cool down for an hour.  When it was cool, turned it on, but the screen has no color and cannot change it.  Looks like the overheat ruined the screen.  I have no idea why it was so hot and only noticed it when I went to check on the update.  I shut it down, turn off, when done with it and don’t leave it in sleep mode or just close the lid.  I’ve lost all respect for Alldocube and will not buy anymore products.
