Tablet Won’t Turn On or Charge

Hi, I have a Alldocube iPlay 20 Pro which is not turning on, and it doesn’t even charge.

I used a USB tester in order to try to diagnose it. When I plug in the cable, the tester goes off.

What do you think it’s the problem? The fact that even the tester goes off makes me think it’s due to a short, but not shure.

Has anyone had this issue before? Is it possible to recover this tablet at all?
