Question on iPlay50 Pro:

As the native launcher is too simple, I have installed the Microsoft Launcher, however, the Recent Apps button is stopped working, it shows Error ‘Quickstep is stopping’. Have anyone encounter it and found any solutions?

This is a known compatibility issue, follow-up attempts to solve it through firmware updates

same here

i changed home launcher but if i set it as default app, the default one “quick step” shut down tablet and repeat rebooting, I had to factory reset.

what should i do?
is there custom rom?

Where can we find that SW version since on the support pace there is only

why this is not shown on the system upgrade app in the tablet?
