Video does not play on iplay 50 pro

I bought iplay50 pro. And I enjoy watching videos on Instagram or others. But after some days, the video cannot be played. If this problem occurs, restarting the iplay50 pro can solve the problem. What can I do to fundamentally prevent this problem from occurring?

I have already tried clearing the cache of several apps that I would expect to be involved in that problem. but that problem of videos not playing remained.
