How to reboot to bootloader of iPlay 50 pro?

Whenever I reboot to bootloader it just freezes, i was planning to unlock the boot loader, any suggestions?

The machine is connected to the computer through the data cable, and then the fastboot command is used to connect the operation

I did use the command “adb reboot to bootloader” but now it is just stuck in the boot logo.
