Can someone tell me where I can find “how to” information for upgrading RAM and SSD on my iWork 20? I see the screws, but don’t want to open this up until I have more information, such as which memory and SSD to buy, special precautions I need to take, etc. Any help appreciated.

The ram ddr is soldered on the motherboard and cannot be replaced
The storage ssd can be replaced by opening the back shell
