I bought this from Amazon about 6 months ago. I had to reinstall windows 11 which came preinstalled with the device. I used an iso directly from Microsoft and the tablet cant activate online and I cant find any drivers for the device. All there is on the website is windows 10 firmware. Am I supposed to install 10 first then 11?

This is a very difficult company/brand to deal with I have to admit.

My device shipped with windows 11. Why is only 10 available? I have used that but now the device is stating a product key cannot be found.
