Good day. I say to all potential customers of the Alldocube brand: you need to think about buying a device from the Alldocube brand. The brand does not solve system errors at all! My iPlay 40 pro has a problem with WiFi (the company keeps telling me to insert a Sim to improve) As a fact? Also, 5G doesn’t work… Gps keeps dropping out and it’s not better even after restarting the tablet…. So an unusable device for my work….! Unnecessarily lost money ?

Same problem here as you, the wifi of this tablet is simply faulty. Very sorry about my purchase.
