I’ve recently bought a knote X, and I’ve been experiencing freezing issues. I’ve tried a fresh Linux Install but it won’t start anymore.

How I can restore the BIOS? Assuming it is a bios issue…

Generally speaking, you can enter the bios by pressing the ESC key when booting, and you don’t need to re-flash the bios.
The problem that linux cannot be booted is usually the problem of grub or efi boot files. You can try different distributions or even different desktop versions of linux.
