Can you please help me how to unstuck my iplay 20?. It is stuck on the logo screen and only stops when the battery is at 0%. We have no idea how to fix it but someone said that I need some kind of OS installer?.. I don’t know what that means because I’m not good at computers. Can someone please help thank you in advance!..
