Hello. My Iwork20 is Flashing o refresh alone after an update.

I can not make an update since Windows Bottoms  does not work on screen or keyboard.  I can run apps from the screen.  But I can not open Widows Search Box or File Box.   If they open. Only open like for few seconds a close, because it flash o refresh himself.
