Good evening. Today I received this tablet. I ordered it in the official store on AliekPlanshet Gkfitn arrived discharged to zero. After connecting the charging, the flashlight bulb immediately lit up and did not go out in any way. How can I solve this problem or return the item right away?

For me the GPS is HS and the wifi disconnect !!

no response by the support !

alldocube IPLAY 40pro  is a big sheet !
