Dear Sir/Madame,

Can you please assist in solving my problem as this tablet window 10 cannot operate correctly after I did a major window update. I then further accidentally formatted the c:/ and now although it still works correctly in Android enviourment, I still would need to reinstall the original win10 which I cannot find on eBay messenge because keep last 24months

I am a great fan of China products and will certainly remain should I be provided with the  usual prompt technical support.
