Please help me!I recently bought alldocube iplay 40 pro.I tried to install the firmware iPlay40(T1020S)-EN-20210526(https://www.alldocube.com/en/firmware/alldocube-iplay40t1020s-firmware-download/) As a result, my tablet stopped starting.Please send me the firmware specifically for the pro version.Thank you very much in advance

Hi! Try to contact Alldocube support directly on their page

I think they will send you the correct firmware for your device as they did for my Iplay 30 Pro.

In fact, you can log in to the Chinese website to download the Chinese version, but unfortunately it is Android 10
