Hi all,

Got a couple of months ago my new iplay 40.

Yesterday, tablet did not respond to touch any more.

Tablet is working fine with usb mouse.

Tried to hard reset it but that did not fix the problem.

Please help!

Hi all,

 

After installing the latest firmware, the problem was solved.

new firmware installed:     iPlay40(T1020S)-EN-20210526

Hope this helps someone.

Hello Andreas, did you install downloading from this site? Did it fix the problem after so many days since you ve done it?
