Hello all.
I have recently purchased 2 iplay 20 pro. After 3 months, one of the devices is not working the 3 buttons anymore on screen (return, home and recent apps). I have factory reset and the problem still persists.
Is there any guide video or something on how to open the tablet? If I hold the device in some position it works. It looks like it’s not fitted properly or something is loose.
I really appreciate some support in here, I have these devices less than 3 months and got it from aliexpress and there is no warranty in my country.
