Yesterday, April 4 I received, from www.AliExpress.com,this tablet (iPlay 20 Pro 6/128GB) that has slot for SIM card and memory card. However the memory card does not appear as no card is inserted. I changed and tried several cards but still doesn’t appear, like no card slot available.

note: before buying I read the specification of this tablet and found that it indicates that has SIM card and memory card slot

any advice please
