Wireless update won’t install on Alldocube iPlay 8T

My new iplay8T tablet (T802) (android 10) tells me to install a wireless update dated 15 January 2021.

I download it, try to install it but when tablet reboots I see the android logo with error! next to it and the tablet reboots without installing it.

Can you fix this please.
