iplay30 bricked

hi, there, hoping to get some help here. yesterday I got the new iplay30, found the instruction and firmware on this website for iplay30pro, followed the instruction to upgrade it. all good till the end saw the green tick from the upgrade tool, then disconnected from the pc, however, the iplay30 can not be turned on anymore.

but today, I checked this website again, all the page about iplay30pro are gone, couldn’t find it anymore.

Any suggestions to save the unit?

When using spflash tool to flash firmware, please try to use upgrade option to write firmware
