My Alldocube m3 10.1 inch lcd is automatically goes black

My alldocube m3 Tablet 10.1inch my lcd after I was accidentally slapped by the tablet case, the screen gradually died down, and after a few seconds I opened it, but I could see nothing on the screen, and i could still hear the sound like my alarms,then i pressed it and its be gone, very important to me especially now that online class and this is a beautiful gift that my sister’s love can not match! but what if I dropped it? can the same thing happen? I hope this tablet is durable!
