Hi,

My AllDocube X turns the screen off whenever it gets a soft nudge like when I set it on the table or on the sofa for a minute. I have to press the finger print reader to get it to turn back on again, sometimes I have to do this unlocking a lot of times. Video keeps playing but black screen. How can I fix it ?
