Unfortunately, I was traveling at the time (Thailand/Malaysia/Singapore/Borneo/Philippines/China). I couldn’t send it to you… I was working on it because the fault didn’t disable the tablet. Now I’m considering repairing it… I’d appreciate any instructions on how to do it. If the warranty doesn’t cover my fault, a paid repair is a possibility. The tablet is bent into a curve… I believe there’s no apparent force applied to the casing. There’s no reason for this. The display is working, but the touchscreen is cracked. I’d like to replace it. You’ll see how strange this fault is…
