Can’t update iPlay 70 Mini Pro

My iPlay 70 Mini Pro is stuck at T813_B15_V4.0.5_20250522_20250522-1231. When I try to update it, it says that I’m already up to date, which is false. I already tried:
– Factory reset
– Checking with wifi and mobile data
– Checking with a VPN in Hong Kong and China.
Would it be possible for someone to help me or, perhaps, even provide a file for manual update?

What was the previous state of your machine? Has the system been modified or unlocked? Under normal circumstances, the 0522 version of the system will be forced to update to the next version when connected to the network.

I ordered new from Amazon US, received in Oct 27.
The device has not been modified in any way, bootloader locked. Already tried checking for updates in several different networks.
