Hi,

I have a tablet model M5X Pro T1006 that suddenly stopped working on Bluetooth. It always gives the error “buethoot continues to fail”.

 

I can’t do any new firmware updates because it always says it’s already on the latest version.

 

Has this problem ever happened to anyone?

It is recommended to restore the Android system of the machine to its factory Settings. Additionally, you can also find the firmware of the machine on this page of the official website. If conditions permit, you can try reinstalling the firmware:
