The new firmware 4.0.27 installed successfully. Thank you for continuing to provide post-sales support.

However, my mini 70 pro is still stuck on Widevine L3.

While there are many other issues I can tolerate, such as the lack of fast charging, the screen flickering/static, and various other problems, L1 support is paramount for most people who purchase an 8-inch cellular device. Please resolve this as soon as possible.

Could you also check the email I sent to Support containing my device’s serial number?

Lastly, if you release a firmware update, please provide release notes. Isn’t that standard practice? Even open-source projects run by individuals don’t operate the way AllDoCube does.

Please act like a professional company.

Sincerely,

A

I’ve already tried it.

The DRM Info app is for checking information; it doesn’t actually fix the system.

I see this issue as entirely ALLDOCUBE’s problem and a lack of technical capability.

I think it would be absolutely ridiculous if the user had to do something special to achieve L1.

I was lucky fixed Netflix to L1 at v4.0.18 before.

I factory reset after uninstall Drm info reboot reinstall DRM info show L3 then uninstall Drm info reboot and reinstall show L1 in Drm info and install Netflix show L1
