How do I initialize the firmware for the iplay 70 mini pro?

I purchased and was using the iplay 70 mini pro, but
suddenly it started receiving random touch input, so I quickly put it back into factory mode.
However, the language setting in setup now causes it to be operated randomly.
Is there a way to completely reset it or to rewrite the firmware using an SD card or something?
I haven’t been able to find firmware for the iplay 70 mini pro, so I would appreciate any advice.

power off tablet

hold volume up button and power button 10 seconds then release power button

recovery mode > wipe data/factory reset

 

That work has already been done.
Is it a simple hardware failure?

if still have touch issue, return then order for new one better

I received a response from the manufacturer.
They are aware of this issue and plan to fix it in the next firmware update.
However, the timing is not yet determined.

I don’t think it’s firmware issue.

if this is firmware issue I think so many user will report it.
