Subject: Bug Report: Black Screen on iPlay 70 Mini Pro When System Language is Set to Hebrew (don’t know if its happening with other languages)

Hello Alldocube Support Team,

I would like to report a critical software bug on the Alldocube iPlay 70 Mini Pro tablet.

Device: Alldocube iPlay 70 Mini Pro

Bug Description: The device becomes unusable when the system display language is changed to Hebrew (עברית).

Steps to Reproduce the Bug:

* Go to Settings > System > Languages & input > Languages.

* Tap on + Add a language.

* Select Hebrew (עברית) from the list.

* Drag Hebrew (עברית) to the first position (#1) to set it as the default system language.

Actual Result:

Immediately after setting Hebrew as the primary language, the screen turns completely black. The device is unresponsive, and the only way to recover is to perform a force restart by holding the power button for 10-15 seconds.

Expected Result:

The system user interface should switch to the Hebrew language with a right-to-left (RTL) layout and remain fully functional.

Important Additional Information:

I also own an Alldocube iPlay 50 Mini Pro, and on that device, the Hebrew language works perfectly without any issues. This suggests the bug is specific to the current firmware of the iPlay 70 Mini Pro and is not a general issue with your devices. It seems to be a software regression.

Could you please forward this bug report to your software development team for investigation? A fix in a future OTA update would be greatly appreciated by all Hebrew-speaking users.

Thank you for your time and support.

Best regards

Liran

The machine’s support for the Hebrew language will be fixed in the upcoming update. Currently, it does indeed cause serious bugs
