iPlay 60 Mini Pro Update Made Tablet Unresponsive

Hi, I wonder if anyone else has experienced a problem with the latest update for the iPlay mini 60 pro? And, even better, found a solution?

Basically, it has become really unresponsive, making it pretty much useless.

It used to be my favourite tablet ever, now it’s the worst.

Gestures no longer work. I have to mess the screen buttons countless times, over and over again, the screen freezes, etc.

I tried a factory reset but it is still the same.

Please, can anyone suggest anything?
