iPlay 60 Pad Pro, Issue with Drawing Diagonals/Circle using USI 2.0 Pen

See the issue in above link. Horizontal and Vertical Lines are fine, but circles or diagonal lines are extremely jagged.

Is this a known issue? (saw videos on Amazon.co.jp review which seems to show similar issue) or I have a defective pen or tablet?
