AliExpress Official can’t or wont sell replacement USB C charge port boards….Another Ali seller is asking €96 plus €11 shipping for a part I paid €12 just one year ago…These products are cheap and nasty, with no support when a badly made charge board breaks..
I will never recommend or support Alldocube …Its one thing to stop upgrade support, but spare parts ?? Here in Europe, there are laws requiring spare part availability for a period of 10 years…
Nobody from Alldocube ever replies to enquiries…Absolutely useless customer service… Never again
