Iplay50 Pro It won’t unlock.

When you swipe the screen to unlock, a song will play and the emergency call keypad screen will appear.

Is there a way to unlock it? Please help

 

I have a similar problem. I have a four-six digit code to fill in before I can start using the iplay 50 Pro mini. After 3 wrong guesses it locks me out. I’d like to get a way to reset the code or workaround the unlock.

Does anyone have a solution to this problem?
