Hello, I am a new user of iplay 50 mini pro. I bought a 512GB SD card to use with it. I format the card by iplay and copy some files from other device to the new card.
Then, I install the card to iplay 50 mini pro. Just after that, I can access the card and can manage the files on the SD card like copy, move, delete etc.
However, if I restart the device, it never can’t find the card again. Retract card from the device and install it again, the device tells that it find a new card and need to format the card to use on it.
Are there the men encountered same problem? If you are the one, please tell me the way to solve it 🙏
