As the title suggests my new iplay mini pro fe defaults to speaker mode when using the phone function. You can’t toggle the speaker on and off as the speaker icon is permanently selected and tapping it does nothing.

I performed a factory reset in the recovery mode but no luck.

Any suggestions?
