alldocube model i1305 no audio

it seems that after i reinstalled win10 home and the pc is now ready for win11 i do not have any audio drivers, or at least the audio icon has an x next to it and when i try to turn on the audio it fails.

so it seems windows is not getting the audio drivers for this pc so whaere might i go to get them? thanks
