Alldocube iPlay 50 Setup – Emergency Number

New Alldocube iPlay 50 tablet: At the stage of “Finish setting up your iPlay_50… Just a few more steps.”

The next screen is a number keyboard with “Emergency call” (at the bottom).  Tapping the “Emergency call” button leads to a blue screen, and entering 911 opens a new page – Emergency Information  –  “use the pencil icon to add info” – but there is no pencil icon.  You can only go back to the number keyboard with the “Emergency call” button – and an endless loop.

Stuck; please help.
