Install driver for Qualcomm 9008 mode

Manually enter the 9008 port mode (press the power，Volume up and down keys at the same time when the power is off, until a black LOGO flashes on screen )

Use Qualcomm QPST tool to load the rawprogram0.xml and prog_firehose_ddr.elf files, and then flash the firmware.
