Does the stylus pen detect pressure? Are the speakers stereo?

As for the speakers, the iPlay 50 Mini tablet only has a mono box speaker, so it doesn’t offer stereo sound. If I buy this tablet on AliExpress, will a Simm card work on T-mobile in the US? I can’t find a listing for the cell phone frequencies this tablet supports or any indication of whether there will be any differences between the version of the tablet I will be able to buy on AliExpress and the one that will soon show up on Amazon.
