Maybe a bad contact between sd card and the card reader.
Sometimes a small piece of cardboard to press the card against the reader contacts solve that kind of problem…

I had this problem once, and solved it with a factory reset, then installed apps one at a time and tested… until I found the culprit. I’d try this way to troubleshoot the tablet.

Do you use an iplay 40 pro ? (same issue with this device here, and using the tablet speakers, i encounter sound issues, with stutters/beeeeeeps…). I have just bought the tablet and at once updated android, so I don’t know if those problems occured with previous firmwares.
With bluetooth headphones, I encounter slowdowns and speed up in youtube videos, but the sound plays at the correct speed all along. It’s as if there’s a synchronisation issue between audio and video.
I’m really decieved, as I had a far better experience with two previous alldocube tablets (X and iplay 40).

“script aborted : E3001 : package expects build fingerprint” so this is related to what I wrote above (secured android boot with PIN/fingerprint/3×3 grid) ? (I mean secured boot of the OS, not just log in in your personal session)

Hi. I have the same issue on my european Alldocube X (U1005E). Download OTA 20190313, unpack, reboot in recovery then fails with an ‘error’ message shown on recovery screen. Then reboot in its previous non updated state.
I secured the Android boot on my device with a scheme I have to draw on a 3×3 grid (at each reboot). Maybe this is related ?
